The room and facilities were beautiful. The restaurants were very good also. I think the only minor negative was the service. The service was good but more 4 star than 5 star compared to other 5 star resorts that I have stayed at.

Our third stay here...relaxing and beautiful. I would not recommend staying in building 18 if you want a big bathtub. Views of Camelback are awesome but bathroom is underwhelming.

The grounds and buildings of this very quiet lovely resort in Paradise are spectacular and the individual casitas comfortable. This is the ideal get away for those looking for a quiet get away.
Quiet little oasis at the base of Camelback. Very romantic.

Bedroom and resort pool and facilities were nice. But the bed and pillows were too firm and uncomfortable and air conditioning was loud and kept waking us up- not the greatest sleeps. Best of all was the evenings at wine bar happy hour and we found dinner at the restaurant excellent--I believe a ...
We stay here quite often when we visit from Tucson. We LOVE it here! Everything is fantastic - the staff the cleanliness the beds - everything!

Just a beautiful place to stay. Accommodations were outstanding. We stayed at Christmas last year. It's a must see! I recommend the hotel to everyone. We will be back.

This hotel was overpriced. We had to pay $20 for access to wifi and to some measly munchies - single packages of gummy bears, two mini bottles of water, and a small bag of potato chips. The staff was friendly and they were what made the stay worthwhile.

This was our fourth home rental in Scottsdale in as many years. In all respects, it was the best. The home was exactly as advertised...new finishes, top quality materials and lots of extras (games, books, kids toys, etc.). Location was great...convenient to Scottsdale restaurants and shops, but far ...
My husband and I stayed at the Camby for the first time this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary. It was beyond our expectations and the price we paid for the quality we received felt like a steal! So many nearby hotels are either average and outdated or waaaay to expensive for us. If you’re ...

Friendly staff and beautiful landscaping, rooms are spacious and very nice
This home was perfect for our extended family trip. Our party of eleven, ranging in age from 8 to 70, had plenty of space. We could be together for meals and fun in the gorgeous pool area, but could retreat to our comfortable rooms when we needed quiet time. Even the teenagers were happy all week! ...
The hotel staff was very friendly and we enjoyed all of the amenities that the hotel had to offer.

As my previous stay, the hotel is in good condition, but the front desk staff makes me feel like not so welcomed. Because I book my stay via expedia ?....it doesn't represent as Sheraton brand standard that well. The breakfast service and managers are cool.
