"We always choose Embassy suites as our hotel when we go to Albuquerque. A little disappointed this time. The pool was green. The gentleman in the bar was not friendly at all. I guess he didn’t like serving our alcohol beverages. We ask for our room to be clean and no one showed up."

"I loved how safe I felt. And the sweet lady who checked me in was so amazing. I got in at 2 AM and the airline lost my luggage. She was so sweet and compassionate and offered to help get me any essentials I needed. The entire stay was very pleasant, I have no complaints."
