Location and free breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful.
The staff were pleasant and beyond helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and quickly. Elegant, clean, professional staff who are eager to help. The front desk was able to change my room immediately with no fuss. The porter was gracious an efficient. Shower was terrific and the beds are wonderful. Sorry I’m staying only one night!

Big room for a great price! They were very hospitable and friendly.

First time at Fairfax, great location with a beautiful spacious room. Enjoyed the hotel very much.
Nice balcony, soundproof doors. Friendly service.
