"This is a small 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex that has definitely been updated inside and out. Air conditioned in each room, amenities present so didn't really have to worry about anything except personal items. We were missing a fitted sheet on one bed, but we just used the other one. All in all, I would definitely stay there again. "

"Great location with attention paid to details! Instructions, labels, everything you need( toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel….) AND arrival snacks. One of best host experiences we’ve had with rentals. We saw deer, rabbits, and quail from several days we were there, plus a charming lizard of some sort. Master bedroom is on the same level as kitchen with other bedrooms downstairs. Stairs to other bedrooms are steep so may not be suitable for all. So glad we booked this location"

"Beautiful house with plenty of space for our family of 8! Very easy commute to Lake Tahoe for the American century championship. Everything was clean and perfect! Hot tub a plus my nephew loved it!"

"Great little home right off the 395 in Caraon city. It made driving to lake Tahoe very convenient. Only 30ish min to Southlake. Would definitely recommend and will more than likely try to rent again "

"Alexa and John could not have been more gracious hosts. Chick Haven has excellent security, very comfortable accommodations and is a superb location from which to visit Lake Tahoe, Reno, Carson City, Virginia City, Gold Hill and surrounding areas. Hiking, boating, skiing, biking, sailing, casino entertainment, museums, and more are all available from this location. Their Welcome Binder, with home interior signage, was the best we have seen anywhere. Located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, Chick Haven has many amenities including a putting green in the back yard, a large and heated garage, and all modern GE appliances. Cleanliness and bedding comfort rated 5 stars. We will be back the next time we are in Nevada."
"Our family members were in town for a 3 night stay at this super clean, roomy house that had very amenity possible. The beds were very comfortable. There was a shower downstairs that was perfect for one mobility-challenged person in our party. The location of the home is walkable to downtown and many of the historic buildings and beautiful, older neighborhoods, which we love. Also, the proximity to the performing arts center was a bonus because we literally walked across the street to the 1st outdoor concert of the Summer and enjoyed a meal from the food trucks while listening and dancing to the music. Finally, we looked forward to the doe and fawn who walked across the yard a few times a day. You'd be really missing out if you didn't stay in this gem!"
"Incline Village is a beautiful location and this home fits right in. The house is a close walk to Lake Tahoe and convenient to great shops and restaurants. The home is spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again. "
"The owners were very accommodating throughout my extended stay. The location,walking distance to the Capitol and Legislative buildings were of the highest importance for my time in the area. The ability to have my car steps away from the door in a private parking space can not be underestimated. I would stay here again and hope to do so. "
