“Although the staff struggled to find our reservations, they got it figured out and had us wait five hours until the 4pm check-in. That made our travel day feel quite long. Once we were in our rooms, we found them to be comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. This was our second visit, and we will be back. The area is safe with lots of shops, cafes, and nice restaurants. It’s very walkable, and the people are friendly. ”

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”
