“Clean and organized”

“Stayed here for two nights in July with all adult group. The women were particularly satisfied with this property. Small cute balconies with great ocean views for front rooms on the second floor. The private beach about 100 foot walk across the road on front of the hotel. Small, but well kept hotel pool. Breakfast exceeded expectations with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, juices, yoghurt and more. Check-in and breakfast staff good natured and helpful. Rooms a little small, but hotel……

“The outside building, which I think was called West, needs a deep cleaning, and new comforter sets! They were worse then the ones I have at home! Please throw them away and buy new ones, very stained and old! My room was changed upon request which I”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. “This location is an older facility and its wear shows. The beds were clean and comfy, but the AC unit and phone were dusty and I couldn’t call the front desk when I needed it, the tub was very worn and stained, and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Despite requesting a crib before and at check-in so it’d be ready for bedtime, I later found out they had zero cribs on-site; the employee said others must have stolen them and that they didn’t get families often so there hasn’t been a need.
