"I booked this hotel last minute and checked in late at 9PM and the staff were so kind and helpful! The elevator was out of service at the time(but was fixed by 7AM the next morning) and they offered to move my room to a lower floor so I didn’t have to walk up all the stairs. The room was perfect and they didn’t charge me extra due to it being a larger room. They were so kind and accommodating to the situation and I was very grateful! Would definitely stay here again based on the positive experience "

The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"
