“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Two problems - 1. Check-in was VERY slow. It took the front desk staff 20 minutes to check in each guest. There ALWAYS seemed to be a problem. 2. There is a $40/night resort fee that was not included in the Expedia price and was not properly disclosed. It changed the hotel from a less expensive option to a more expensive one. I would've stayed elsewhere., Also - my room was small noisy and I couldn't make it dark due to a window in the bathroom. There was no desk. My friend's room was……

“Property was conveniently located to Times Square, subway, etc. but property/room was simply adequate. Furnishings were badly in need of refurbishing or replacement. Room had only one light which was the main overhead light. There was a very weak bedside lamp that was barely hanging on to the fixture. Dresser and desk were pretty scarred and banged up. The black out blinds behind the window sheers had no mechanism for raising and lowering so they hand to be rolled up by hand and rested on……
