“Clean room pet friendly would prefer something like a bar or coffee stand in site off season”

“Although a little older, this hotel was perfect for our short stay in Traverse City. The walls, carpet and bedding in our room were all new and you could tell they were updating the furnishing as they were able throughout the hotel. The bathroom and desk/closet area were older and well used, but the room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty standard (waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit) but the staff overseeing breakfast was very attentive and eager to help. The best part of this hotel was its……

“Stayed with our dog for the first time. Very clean room & easy access to outside. Easy check in & out. Our beds were higher than home otherwise would have given 5 stars. Good place to stay.”

“It was definitely a beautiful view outside. Inside is very clean. The room was definitely quiet. Older decor and had to watch footing due to carpet in certain areas being rippled. There was no ice machine on the floor. Very limited tv channel selection, when we did get to try to find something to watch, late evening. No extra blanket for the sofa. Just a comforter and a sheet. It was okay to good.”

“My husband and I often travel to Traverse City to visit our daughter. We like to make it a vacation so staying on the lake is important to us. The hotel that we usually stay at was booked so I booked the Parkshore. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet on Sunday. The weekday continental breakfast looked nice but we didn’t partake. My husband was dying to try the prime rib in the lounge but we couldn’t make it happen this time.
