“The staff was rude and bossy highly unprofessional and didn't accept our payment after two days even though we had a credit card with a $5000 credit limit”

“Couldn’t get room service even one time to clean the room or anything Stayed there for 5 nights Asked and called and they never sent anybody or said they went home early and had no one so they had me stack garbage outside the room so gross and really a whole week and couldn’t send somebody Called staff multiple times were rude or unhelpful Wish I could give 0 stars if you want a basic room and almost 0 amenities than stay here Than had a scheduled maintenance for the air conditioning……

“Very good value. We had all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. Personable and helpful staff. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.”

“Staff was decent enough. Mold in the corner of the shower. Some form of grease or oil leaking from the hinge on top of the room door down the back of the door and turned the information paper on the back wet and grey”
