“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided……

“The location is fairly central, but there are several drawbacks during my stay. There is no daily housekeeping service. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of 14 days or longer, which means guests need to manage their own trash and towels during shorter stays. This was quite inconvenient. The building is also very close to a fire station, so sirens can be heard frequently at night. In addition, there are nightclubs nearby, which can make the area quite noisy in the evenings. “On the day of check-out. The counter said that they are willing to help take care of the luggage, and informed us that the road to pick up the car would be under construction in an hour or two, and our car could continue to be parked here until 2:00 p.m. We went back to the hotel before 2:00 p.m. and told the counter that we were going to pick up the car. While waiting for the car, we sat in the lobby restaurant and enjoyed the welcome drink. When we were about to leave, we found that the car……

“Keefer House is for people who want to feel at home while away from home. I was so impressed with how clean & stocked up the room was. The room was beautiful & comfortable. There is no front desk but Juan who works onsite was super helpful along with the remote staff who helped guide my stay. Can’t wait to stay at the Keefer House again! ”
