“Front desk staff was amazing. So friendly and kind. Comfortable bed, good wifi. Wonderful shower. Close to all the main sites of New Orleans.”

“Parking was very convenient and easy to do.”

“No hot water and the A/C was up too high with no way to adjust it”

“very good！”

“I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms wasn't very clean, and it smelled moldy. But other than that, the staff were friendly, and very convenient riding the streetcar ”

“The team was very responsive and accommodating. It was my first time ever in New Orleans, let alone a unmanned hotel. The experience was cool and I like what they have going on here. If there's an open room whenever I go to New Orleans I'm definitely booking with them. Thank you guys!!”

“Not the cleanest rooms, water takes forever to get hot, parking is a pain”

“This was my second time staying at Hotel Provincial and both times were excellent. It’s the perfect location to be able to do everything you want to do in the French Quarter (everything is in walking distance) without the craziness of being on Bourbon Street. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and are so friendly. The pool was clean and well maintained and an absolute life saver after a busy day in the humidity. I feel like this hotel maintains the perfect balance of historic, old……

“Loved it’s proximity to the French quarter. Breakfast was great, the staff very helpful and attentive to details, but unfortunately the bed sheets and pillow cases were all stained”

“very clean”
