"Just back from a 3 night stay. The patio was my favorite part — beautiful view! Room was clean. There are no housekeeping services during the stay but a call to the office to refresh us with clean towels was quickly taken care of. It is a lot of steps— but everything in St Thomas is! Restaurant was good. Very large servings. Enjoyed the karaoke on Monday with Shi!!! The pool looked nice although we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Didn’t expect to have a washer and dryer in our unit but that was nice to wash our beach towels before we packed to leave. Kitchen was stocked adequately for the amount of meals we had there. I would love to stay again!!! "

"Disappointing Service for the Price We recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton St. Thomas and while the stay itself was fine, it did not meet expectations—especially at $750+ per night. The biggest issue was the lack of service. Our room was never serviced during our stay, which was frustrating given the price point. For that nightly rate, we expected a much higher level of attention to detail and overall guest experience. The room itself was adequate, but the amenities and overall offering simply did not justify the cost. At this price range, guests should expect consistent housekeeping, better service responsiveness, and a more elevated experience overall. The property has potential, but management needs to address service standards to align with the rates being charged."
