Agritourism Exeter Hotels

Brand new facility. Very clean, friendly, and great breakfast.

In July 2013 when someone recommended this B&B, I filed away the information for future use. Then a few months later in that fall of 2013, when I was looking 4 some rest and relaxation, we made our first reservation. Fast forward 3 years, and I am still staying there and making future reservations. We’ve been there for random getaway weekends; for their art shows; for holidays; just to escape the heat; and for the opening of Otis restaurant. A group of us have booked a couple of rooms for a...

This establishment is the absolute best place I have ever stayed at during a vacation. Clean, quiet, convenient, the rooms were spectacular, and pool was fabulous. I will most certainly be returning soon! Thank You! :)

Perfect room with an amazing work area!!!. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Thank you

This is a beautiful old house, with real antiques everywhere. There are many details such as all day coffee and other hot drinks, complimentary sherry, and chocolates. The breakfast is substantial and the garden is lovely. All around a very nice place within 10 minute walk to center of town.

Cute place. Front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Cute little spot that is just across the bridge from the fun part of Portsmouth. Unfortunately the weather wasn't nice for us, but if it was, you could certainly walk there. The room was well designed and my wife really appreciated how comfy the bed was.

Great location. Nice restaurant connected to it. Nicely decorated boutique hotel. Heated bathroom floor, supplied drinking water. Area to get snacks and cold drinking water in lobby.

A beautiful view of the beach.

Wonderful room and you couldn’t beat the location.

Great staff, beautiful aesthetic and charming. We happened upon the Briar Barn looking for a quaint place to sleep for the night. This place was beyond our expectations and we are already planning another visit, with friends, to stay and see the sights of the area. We are New Yorkers and were so impressed by they service, the cleanliness, the vibe, the amenities and the space. We will come back and recommend to others.

Good place to stay… just be careful with GPS taking you out of there, sometimes take you to some very bad dirty Road.

It was amazing and our room was spacious and clean

The staff was very friendly and the room was fantastic! Will definitely book there again

The rooms are excellent. You can save a lot by parking at the Foundry Place garage, two blocks away.

I loved the historic buildings in the area. Beautiful. Loved the historic Inn. I had dinner and brunch in onsite restaurant, Epoch - both were great. My only issue is [for any and all that do this] I feel that any required resort fee should be part of the base fee, unless it is optional. I knew when I booked, but I believe it is playing with numbers.

great place to stay. Close to they shops and restaurants a walk to it all. Went with my service dog and they were very welcoming.

Everything was great!
