"When I got into my first room and layed in bed there was some kind of bugs in the bed. When I went to the front desk to get a new room the girl said " you can't just keep moving rooms " That was the first time I had to move. really strange. Then the housekeeping girl came in and was giving up some strange vibe,, kind felt like she might of put them in the room . Beware of this place."

"The property is very well kept and the room was clean and updated. The shower was awesome! Plenty of parking, nice pool and laundry machines on premise. Palm trees on the property are all lit up at night!!! Great place... We will definitely stay here again!"

"Cushions on outside furniture would be great, and serving bowls! And two hairdryers would be great. Excellent location, safe and secure feeling. "

"This place needs an overhaul in every way imho. Avoid cabin 14, shared entryway with another unit. Only 'sink' is in the bathroom, and it needs an update. Odd layout, wi-fi is shaky. Every morning about 630 off to Dunkin' donuts half mile away after I Walk right by the main bar area with a big coffee maker sittin there not on yet. 'Hostess' real sweet, tries hard but no habla ingles. Website did not say a room coffeemaker was included so we did not bring our own. The mirror is not above the sink in the bathroom so shaving is super fun. I did not try the best tacos in the world taco stand on site but it was not doin much business, so no idea if it's the 'best in the Keys.' Yeah that's enough. The Florida Keys however....stunning."

"We were initially greeted by a woman at the front office who seemed bothered that we were there to check in. The room was cute and nice. Ocean view great! The bathroom & shower was tiny and difficult. The toilet had dried pee at the bottom by the bolts & did not look like it had been properly cleaned in quite some time. This made the whole room smell like pee. We were given a maximum of 2 towels for 2 guests, so no towel if you wash your hair. The towels were barely big enough to wrap around you & were old & thread bare. The toilet paper was the cheapest I’ve ever experienced in any of the dozens of hotels / resorts I’ve stayed in. We were not given enough coffee for our stay to use each morning. The lights in the house flickered constantly & we had to keep them off most of the time. Mattress & pillows extremely uncomfortable. It just seemed everything was cheap & minimal for the price we paid. We checked other resorts while in the area & could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the price we paid. I’ve never posted a bad review in the 30 years I’ve been traveling, but felt this necessary."
