“Beautiful property and nice spacious rooms. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and the space was great, but would have preferred the layout to be flipped to have the King in the main room and the 2 queens in the extra bedroom up front so the kids had their own space. Balcony was large and furniture was nice. Housekeeping and front desk staff were fantastic. Pools were nice. Water stations were a nice touch. Biggest issue with this resort was the food and drink situation. Breakfast at Marketplace consisted……

“Really a fun experience floating on the marina in our private houseboat. We were pleasantly surprised at how much storage room there was for our stuff, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for making breakfast or lunch. Daily visits from manatees and some other sea creatures (small sharks?) were very welcomed. Location was central to all the various keys and attractions, including a beautiful beach just down the road.”

“We had a fabulous stay the resort is beautiful so calm and peaceful. We enjoyed the free kayaks and paddle boards. There are lots of restaurants nearby just a short drive away our favourite being Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House.”

“The room was great. The bathroom huge, the living room the size of an oversized apartment. The best part was the balcony. We had a waterfront auite, and the balcony was incredible. A full, waparound porch style balcony that added immensely to our stay.”

“Very deceptive. The photo is not were you will stay. It is the only single unit next to the water. (Why I booked it) The others are up by the main road. NEVER again. Expedia should have vetted this place better. Only thing good was that the roof wasn't leaking (because it wasn't raining) It had obviously leaked before. One of top 2 worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything was run down or falling apart or makeshift partially repaired. If I hadn't already booked and paid I would have slept in……
