"We were not impressed by the cleanliness of the kitchen floor. It was sticky. We were concerned about the adjoining carpet bin very dirty because of it.Additionally, the kitchen cabinet under the coffee pot had coffee spills that were not cleaned at all."

This is a comfortable hotel with up to date looking rooms and amenities. The staff is friendly and keeps the place very clean. The breakfast selection is above average, including hot items like eggs, bacon, sausage, and a pancake machine! The location is near fast food, grocery stores, and close to downtown Hastings. We slept well on comfortable beds and enjoyed the pool. Our room also had a mini fridge and a nice TV.

The hotel is very charming and clean. Lowell is a cute tiny and the locals are very nice. Service was great at hotel and nearby restaurant. Only downside of the hotel room was no thermostat to control individual room temp so it was a little chilly but not unbearable.
