"Great location for an overnight stay before an early flight the next day. Even better that we were welcomed by friendly staff on arrival, shown to our very clean, spacious and comfortable room, and had a great, restful sleep in a good bed with silence. Thank you - we will be back! "
"I enjoyed my stay and the reception staff were helpful and welcoming and were able to be flexible with their check in/out options. My only concern was the Birdie staff who, although were busy, treated me as if I was at a fast food line and didn't ask how they can help, just my name. The room was a little small and there was no view (I didn't mind) but overall, I was happy with the facilities, even though they were on the small side. The bed was very comfortable but working out the lighting system when I first walked in was embarrassing, and instructions would have helped as I was in total darkness for a few minutes. Saying that, I would return as I found the pricing reasonable and the location convenient. "
"This is our second time we stayed here on this trip to Australia. It did not disappoint. Travis greeted us and we appreciate his energy. It’s so easy to get transportation to any where you want to go in Sydney. Many restaurants and museums are within walking distance. The rooms are small, but the convenience and price makes up for size.
The only annoying issue we had this visit is that our room had water from the shower flowing onto the bathroom floor. A towel on the floor took care of that."
"This property was in an excellent location, close to all the sites (such as the Aquarium, Sydney Eye Tower, Madam Tussaud’s and Wildlife Zoo)! The staff were friendly and helpful - our room had a kitchen, washing machine and dryer and separate bedroom which meant we didn’t have to eat out every night and I could wash and dry our clothes before going home.
