"Front desk was rude at check-in and the room/hallways were dirty. Terrible signage to find the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Good location. Overpriced and not up to Fairfield/Marriott standards."

"The staff was so helpful and especially at the front desk, a woman named LuLu was key in helping me with my boarding and printing of the boarding passes and then some.. She and all the staff are what this hotel brought to leave an excellent rating!! Location was great and the room was very large -this was a king size bedroom. Only drawback was not as much closet or clothing space, but we made do. I would come back there when we visit Milwaukee again..."

"The staff was great--helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The hotel was nice and quiet. The breakfast was the usual offerings. The area was kept clean and well stocked by staff the entire time. The negative that was serious enough just to bring it down to just "okay" was a pervasive and strong Marijuana smell that they seemed to have tried to cover up with an even stronger smell of baby powder. "The location met our needs overall. Lots of tree maintenance people were staying at the place so the parking for other clients was slim. Big trucks were parked parallel to the sidewalks thus using sometimes 4-5 spaces per truck. I had to park my rental car in tight spots between two big trucks and it was hard for me to get out of my car due to it being so close to the rental car. Someone was mowing the grass about 7:30 or 8:00am"
