"We think there should be another safety bar in the shower, As elderly people we had a hard time getting out of the shower, The side needs a bar to hang onto."

"The staff was so helpful and especially at the front desk, a woman named LuLu was key in helping me with my boarding and printing of the boarding passes and then some.. She and all the staff are what this hotel brought to leave an excellent rating!! Location was great and the room was very large -this was a king size bedroom. Only drawback was not as much closet or clothing space, but we made do. I would come back there when we visit Milwaukee again..."

"This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The mattress was atrocious. Still had the plastic on it from the factory. It was lumpy and so uncomfortable. The entire place smelled bad. Very stale."
