"The staff was so helpful and especially at the front desk, a woman named LuLu was key in helping me with my boarding and printing of the boarding passes and then some.. She and all the staff are what this hotel brought to leave an excellent rating!! Location was great and the room was very large -this was a king size bedroom. Only drawback was not as much closet or clothing space, but we made do. I would come back there when we visit Milwaukee again..."

"Didn’t like every single person coming in had to wait on there room due to double booking. It’s almost like it’s a practice of the Hilton. I was seconds from calling my credit card company and filing a refund for service not rendered. Never again"

"The access & view to the harbor make this a lovely place to visit! The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom Was new, clean! Staff in restaurant were very friendly. Front desk staff not so welcoming."

"This is an excellent place to stay in downtown Port Washington. My room was large, well air conditioned and decorated in the historical ambience of the hotel. Very private and quiet. I would definitely stay there again."
