"The property was very clean. Bedding/beds were extremely comfortable and a beautiful new kitchen equipped with washer and dryer.My only negative feedback is the following:1. No dresser in either bedroom, so if we were staying longer than a long weekend I would need more space for clothes. There are closets in each bedroom with limited hangers.2. "Our stay at the Newport Lofts was great. It was in a good location near the port and the shops and restaurants. The Loft was very nice and clean. Lots of room. A nice kitchen. Open living area. Nice bedrooms with baths. The outside porch was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it. "

"We really enjoyed the location, comfortable beds, and cleanliness…..although there are a lot of stairs and the street noise can be loud. A big shout out & thank you to Steve who works for the property manager…..as we were unloading our luggage from car he jumped in and carried our luggage in ( 6 pieces up 2 & 3 flights of stairs) and placed it in the bedrooms…..especially appreciate him taking mine to the 3d floor! We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!"
