“We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.”

“The property is beautiful, and the room was clean and well appointed. We were unable to have full use of the amenities due to a buy out. When I asked what that was, I was told they had a wedding that weekend and we weren’t notified prior to that. That meant we were unable to use anything but our own room. We were disappointed that we were unable to have dinner in their highly rated restaurant. It would’ve been nice if we had known this ahead of time we may have opted for another property to stay……

“The pool was closed this makes us disappointed, but we understand they need to close it to improve, but rest was ok.”

“Breakfast was on target and allowed us to sit on the deck for as long as we wanted.Staff was very nice at all times.”

“If your looking for a clean room , this is a good Motel. Staff was good. This is not a fancy Motel !!!! Very small bathroom. Very good bed. No curb appeal.”

“Trash outside. Comforter had hair on it. Bathroom very clean. Amenities were great. Balcony was nice but could see into other balconies. Would stay again.”
