周りに飲食店がなく、晩御飯と朝ごはんはホテル内のお店で食べましたがとてもおいしかったです。夜ブッフェが大人約6000円、朝ブッフェが大人約2000円ですが、大満足です

総合的には満足

施設は綺麗で、お部屋も広々としていて快適でした。屋内プールも貸切状態で思う存分泳ぐことができました。 強羅駅から離れているため、送迎バスを利用したのですが、便がとても少なく予約制のため、チェックアウト前後の便に乗ることは不可能でした。待っていると2時間ほど足止めを食らうので、市営のバスで移動しました。 夕食はビュッフェを利用したのですが、時間が決められているにもかかわらず、時間通りに行くと食事がほとんどなく、とても寂しいビュッフェでした。何度も追加はしている様子はありましたが、１つ１つのメニューの量が少ないため、あっという間になくなってしまうイメージでした。 価格も含め、総合的には満足です。

静かな落ち着いたホテル

基本会員制ホテルなので落ち着いていて、客層もサービス良く優雅な１日を過ごせました。まずホテルの入り口初めての人は一瞬どこから入るの？と言う感じのホテルにしては、小さめの入り口でもそこから一歩足を踏み入れると異空間なゴージャスな、雰囲気を味わえるとても満足できるホテルです。

Tranquil hotel

Wonderful, luxurious hotel near some great museums. Staff speaks little English so may be a problem. We managed however to get around by bus, even though this hotel is pretty isolated.

温泉が比較的広く種類も多くあり素敵です。 また、風呂ががりのラウンジにはマッサージ機が3台あり無料で利用できます。 客室の割に静かでのんびり過ごせます。

Voor liefhebbers van een beetje comfort

Voortreffelijk hotel, comfortabel met on-Japans grote kamers en zeer rustig gelegen. Ligging is prima geschikt voor het verkennen van Hakone Nationaal Park. Enig minpuntje is het af en toe wegvallen van wifi op de kamer, maar in de [grote] lounge werkt alles prima.

酒店風景一流，設施多樣，房間够大舒適，早餐豐富，但一定要自駕遊才可入住，因為開車到御殿場outlet很近，來回自需30分鐘，最重要係價錢合理！

清潔感のあるホテルで、レイトチェックインも可能なため、仕事後に箱根インするスケジュールには、ちょうど良い施設でした。お風呂も遅くまで入れるうえに、ほぼ貸切状態で、たいへんのんびり過ごせました。
