"Staff was very friendly, responsive, and professional"

"Place is terrible. The thermostat doesn’t work in any of the rooms you have to ask for maintenance to come up before 11 at night if you want your thermostat adjusted. Pictures were falling off the wall baseboard and paint degrading. Not typically a person to complain or make ratings, but after planning a trip and seeing the condition of this place verse, what was online. I need to share with others you’re looking for a place simply to sleep, on an uncomfortable sunken mattress, this is your place."

"The property was okay but the building we stayed in was smelling so much like smoke we had to move to a whole new floor to be satisfied. The hallway continuously smelled like smoke! The beds in this place are horrible! Not very sturdy or comfortable. I would have slept more comfortably on a blow up mattress! The couches were worn down and it’s not sound proof! Don’t get me wrong I like the area it is very nice but I wasn’t satisfied with the beds… around a-whole bunch of shopping centers and food. Overall I give it a 7/10 not too bad! "

"Wanted to check in early so I called a month in advance and was told to call back the day before the booking, I called the day before the booking and was put onto hold for 20 minutes and then somebody hanged on me twice in a row, decided to call IHG to figure out what is happening and the hotel hanged up on them, got to the hotel super early and saw people check in early then coming back to say the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned, I also saw one of the receptionist put people calling on hold just to talk to his co workers and friends, the elevator is loud so if your room is next to the elevator good luck sleeping, last thing during near midnight they just let some random guy sleep on the couches in the lobby and food split all over the floor while staff did nothing"
