“The views from the William Vale are absolutely stunning, but the room itself was quite small and the amenities felt a bit basic. However, this seems to be the case with most hotels in New York.”

“Very clean room. They had a concierge service via text that reached out shortly after we arrived and answered all my questions, often in just 10-20 minutes after texting. The front desk staff was also attentive and helpful. Would recommend and stay again!”

“Customer service was top notch from the door man to the guy with glasses! I came for a 24 hour birthday spa weekend for myself. Since i was solo and super nervous , they made me feel welcomed! They even gave some small gifts for my birthday when i came back from the spa! It meant a lot! The room- the bed was on/ i dint like the squeaky noise, the bath room doors kept sliding and slamming, but the views and style was so nice. My tv didn’t work but i didn’t tell them so it didn’t bother me.……
