Very happy with our stay. They made a greeting card for our 7 months old baby and some small gift. That's very touched. We will definitely go back.
Great location with nice harbor views, near Inner Harbor shops, etc. Had a large deck -easy to see Fireworks. Friendly helpful staff. No available complimentary coffee in Lobby (room has coffee available but no cream). Miss past room décor which was cozy, warm, pretty. If you like minimalist, monotone ...
The gym access to the Maryland Athletic Club is a really huge amenity. The breakfast and evening socials were very good, nice food and variety. We also thought the location was hard to beat.
Rooms were nice. Pool was small and very loud considering how close it was to our room. Thankfully it did close early so it wasn’t an annoyance at night. Staff was wonderful. Very polite and helpful. Had a lot of fun with the front desk clerk. She was very funny.
Location to inner harbor, view of the harbor, walking distance to everything, easy parking and coming and going.
Clean, modern styling of the rooms, dining area . Very helpful and responsive staff!
Rooms are Quite nice, good prices. Breakfast buffet.
Everyone was really nice and made me feel so welcomed. They helped me with everything I needed help with and didn’t rush me at all. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and I’m definitely going to be back.
I loved the rooftop pool and bar. Very beautiful view of the harbor. I would highly recommended this hotel.
