“Amazing customer service ”

“洗澡的熱水要開很久才會有熱水出來，說是因為邊間的問題。我也懶的換房間。 床偏軟。其他整體不錯。地點很好。”

“The front desk staff was exceptional. On the first day November 26th it was a young man who was so pleasant and professional. Very friendly. Then on Thanksgiving there was a nice lady that was very accommodating to my needs traveling with 2 toddlers. Thank you for your hospitality during this holiday season. My family has stayed here every Thanksgiving for the past 5 years and will continue to do so.”

“We had stayed in this hotel, then called The Admiral Fell, many years ago. In its new incarnation as a Hilton, the hotel remains a terrific choice for a Baltimore trip. Fells Point (its location) has many restaurants, cafes, and little shops, and is very near by car from the Inner Harbor and museums. The staff at the hotel was lovely and efficient and the room was spotless and comfortable. ”

“Loved the design of the property and the little details like the “shop this room” and the white noise machine! Lovely room setup so cute and also very sustainable, such a well curated aesthetic! One thing is the toilet hanger kept falling which was a little inconvenient, and I couldn’t find any tissues so I had to use toilet paper, but other than that I loved our stay and the cafe!!”

“I think each room is different in this hotel, but I got a lovely room with a little sitting area which was a lovely surprise. Then I found out the included breakfast was a sit down restaurant with amazing food!! So wonderful!! The “Neighborhood Signatures” breakfasts cost a bit extra, but every breakfast I had was delicious and lasted me well through lunch. Highly recommend!!”

“Never have a bad stay here. Rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly. Coffee machine is wonderful. Happy Hour was great each night. This is a must stay if in Fells Point!”
