“Wonderful, charming, old school motel. The owner was extremely sweet and accommodating. Excellent value. I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. More places like this should exist.”

“Fantastic location and cool history!Beds and bedding were comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic! Lots of towels too!Only downside is it is hard to get airflow in there.And the table in the 2nd room (with 2 queen beds) is hard because the lighting isn't strong in there.We knew this in advance - its a kitchenette, not a kitchen! The counter ice machine was really helpful!We loved it and will be back!”

We found that we loved everything about this house, the fact we could walk everywhere and sit on the porch and still feel that it was private. Our visit back to our home town was so relaxing and enjoyable that we would stay here again, for sure. Love it.”

“Fun little place. A creative renovation. Very well supplied. I brought my usual "just in case" supplies but did not need any of them. Just off main street but quiet for evening and nighttime. Some traffic noise during the day. Enjoyed walking/exploring the small downtown. The courthouse building is impressive. Good place to stay when needing a place in the area. Planning to try a longer stay next time.”
