"Loved our stay at the Loft! Was so easy to travel the wine trail. The Loft itself was perfect for us. We were looking for a weekend of R & R, this was the perfect spot! Hot tub was a perfect spot to relax before hitting the wine trail and then a perfect spot to relax after a busy day to relax with a nice bottle from the wine trail. We will definitely be back!"

"We ladies had a great couple of days in wine country. It was so nice for all four of us to have our own bed. The house is roomy and was very clean with all the amenities needed. We would recommend it! Be aware, it is closer to the road than we expected, but there was no traffic noise. Also, there are no shades on the main floor windows. Nice location. Close to the wine trail and Carbondale, even a Dollar General. Great stay!"

"I traveled with 7 other women and we stayed at this wonderful location. The house is split into two separate living quarters (there is no adjoining door). Both units were incredibly cute and comfortable. This is the perfect location for the wine trail. It sits across from a bourbon bar and a couple of the girls walked across both nights we stayed. The Quetil Trailhead is a wonderful walking trail that is situated close to this location. We enjoyed the trail both mornings for our early activity....

"The property was nice. We had no issues at all. The property manager was very accommodating and communicated with us promptly. Definitely a great place to stay if you like the feeling of being at a clubhouse. The cabin itself was nice. It could use a few updates. The front porch and back deck was a little rough looking, but the inside was nice and clean. The one bedroom is huge. You could fit a few full size air-mattresses on there along with the bed, and the bathroom attached is also huge....

"This was a return trip for friends of 40+ years. Everything was the exact same: bright, clean, and airy. The kitchen has anything you could need to cook a meal (we made two dinners, the second bbq-ing steaks on the grill). The bathrooms are well-stocked and clean. We love this place. So serene. Hope to return in one year, God willing."

"This was our second time staying here. The property is exactly as advertised and the perfect get away for a family that included 3 generations. The house was big enough that everyone had their space if needed and we loved sitting out by the pool. Also the ping pong table was a hit for us."

"Host had the cabin very clean. New leather couch & recliner. Mattress was extremely comfortable. Washer & Dryer were excellent. Another Rental house near, long-term renters were very quiet. Internet not very good in the Illinois woods. Closed cabin has a musty smell from humidity in the woods. Host had an automatic air freshener going to help with air quality."

"I cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was at Oak Manor. We stayed here for our daughter’s law school graduation and we had 15 family and friends join us. The house was exceptional. So clean and comfortable. We cooked all of our meals together and grilled out on the terrace. The property grounds are wonderful and we spent many hours on the terrace enjoying the views and comfy patio furniture.
