Parents should be told if they don’t control their children they will be charged extra if complaints come in. Thank you"

"Spacious room, very clean room. Mirjana (cleaning staff) & Nemanya (front desk) were really nice. Some of the staff should be given some lesson in courtesy & personal hygiene to guests especially the one who knocked on our door although the ‘do not disturb’ sign was on. Just asked when we’re leaving. Not even introducing herself. Not even a thank you! Another cleaning staff stinks that she leaves her ‘scent’ in the elevator every time we use it. We were there for 4 nights!"
