“Great place to decompress ”

“This is a cool and different experience than usual. Outdoor shower is pretty nice. It's a bit of a way down some windy backcountry roads, but I enjoy getting to see off the beaten path. A nice, peaceful stay outside of the city of Fredericksburg. We had an issue with the hot tub working, and host was super responsive in trying to get it fixed. Would recommend for someone looking for a different, interesting type of place to stay.”

“We never met Host! I saw and waved at him. He didn’t even come over to speak to us or check to see if everything was okay. Yes it was pet friendly. Room was clean, bed uncomfortable. No propane in tank 1st night, so husband had to go borrow one from common area. We called next morning to tell him what spouse did and to let him know it would need to be refilled. We didn’t even run heater but a short while. We were visiting family all day and got back after 9pm No propane again! Wouldn’t heat but...

“Great place to get away from your busy life. We enjoyed it. It is what you make it. Stay there and enjoy the hot tub. Grill some food. Tap into peace that God brings when you still yourself. We will be back. Make sure to bring slip on shoes that can get wet. Gotta leave them outsde the tent and it rained on ours! Need them to walk around ourside. Bring a good knife and cut board. ”

“The host and the property blew our expectations out of the water! We went to celebrate my birthday and everything was perfection from the time we arrived until the minute we left. The property itself is stunning, photos and reviews don't do it justice. The hosts are without a doubt the best we have ever experienced. We will be back, this will become a family tradition!”

“My Mom and I stayed in tent #3 and enjoyed it very much. It seems the fellas thought of every convenience. We were missing nothing aside from some propane to heat our water. Thankfully this was mentioned as a possibility in the printed info on the table in the tent and I contacted the on duty person as soon as we tested the water and found it was not heating. “This was a very lovely place with lots of potential but when we check in the tent was completely closed in and the AC unit was not running. I messaged but I was told that the AC unit was just to make it “comfortable to sleep”. It was well over 100 degrees in the tent when my 71 year old mother and I arrived. I have stayed in glamping tents before but they always turn the AC unit on before you arrive so it’s not so horribly hot. There were also ants everywhere. My mother and I had to leave to...
