“Stay at ritz was great. James the owner always gets back to you promptly”

“Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was disappointing—the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed’s mattress was even worse: hard and old. I also noticed that a painting was missing from the wall, only to later find it stored in the closet. The coffee machine was another letdown; I wasn’t sure if it made me want to brew a cup of coffee or take a trip to the supermarket to refill it. The bathroom lacked attention to detail—bath amenities were……

“The place was old and the windows were dirty. Then I found a small bug which I believe was a silverfish crawling in the mattress and one of the staff members was really nice when talked to in person and offered another room but another staff member hung up on me as I described the issue. I just went somewhere else and lost the money. You get what you pay for at this place.”

“James was always very responsive to our questions and needs. The accommodations were great, very comfortable for a family stay. The location at the Ritz made the pool, outdoor activities and beach very convenient and fun. ”
