"Amazing resort, from the facilities to staff to dining! They really want to make sure you have the best experience possible, which I can’t say for some other resorts in this part of Thailand. The only downside about this place is that it’s a bit isolated which makes it a little difficult to get around. But if you are looking to just have a resort experience, it’s perfect! "

Our bungalow was steps away from the beach and you can snorkel with so many fish without even leaving the resort! Thank you so much, we had the best time ever ❤️"

"I stay at the BlueSotel often. It is a nice place and always enjoy my stay. I just wish they would upgrade a few things at the breakfast buffet. The house coffee they have is quite bad, although you can order & pay for latte or cappuccino if you like. Also the juices are basically flavored sugar water. "

"I highly recommend that you book a bungalow. They are spacious for a hotel- a separate tv/lounge room, big showers, clean, no pests, very well air conditioned, private, quiet. This place has the best, most Beautiful pool, beach, and a decent breakfast. All in all, for a relatively remote island - pure luxury."

"Varana Hotel in Krabi is almost new and a lot of money and thoughts have gone into making this a brilliant hotel, including a 50m olympic size swimming pool and other pools, some whirlpool spa-style. It was low season so no crowds around the pool and therefore a very happily quiet stay. The on-site restaurants Kin (breakfast) and Nook (dinner) served excellent food and the staff were attentive, polite and helpful throughout. There is a road to cross to get to the beach, but the fantastic pool more than made up for the need for visiting the beach at all. Altogether, an excellent hotel. The area around it has plenty of cheap restaurants and massage parlours for those who want to explore on foot."
