“The stay we had was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory overall, and this was mainly because of the following specific issues we encountered:
* The advertised hot buffet breakfast was, unfortunately, not available.
* The room we were assigned was left unclean by the previous guest, leaving trash under the furniture.
* Housekeeping was not provided on any of our daily requests.
* There was no hot tub available for use.

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it.
However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids.

“I guess because I was an Expedia traveler or booker the service was gross, the room was gross and I had a child in the room above me who bumped ball and ran all day long. From 6 in the morning till the time I got back and then probably fell asleep. I came here for rest and because of reviews but I will not return. Plus the unexpected charges to my credit card, people cutting you in line while waiting to check in was another crazy experience. I wanted the park view but I could not even step……
