"The location was perfect. It was quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the shower floor which is not tile, did not look clean because it was stained. I suggested that they use bleach since it was plastic not tile. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was very nice and clean. The monitor at breakfast, made sure all tables were cleaned right after people left the tables. The staff was very nice. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Everything was amazing. If I had to make a suggestion: the common hallway to my room, the carpet is riddled with unappealing stains, a light fixture cover was on the ground, it made the hotel feel low quality and that wasn’t the case but vibe matters, so I would suggest that. Maybe tile is better for the beach."

"Next door to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center, which is a great benefit. The hotel also has a free daily breakfast, though there is little variation in what is served. For example, we had seven breakfasts there, and no bacon was ever served. The room was quiet, and the hotel provides daily room service—which I have not seen since before Covid. The maid staff is friendly and willing to work with the guests."
