“This hotel needs some serious upgrades! The indoor pool needs to be renovated a nice paint job and some ventilation will do, also the shower to rinse off does not work in there. The hotel lobby is decent and the staff are very nice. The room is a nightmare, the beds were cool but it could definitely use some new carpet, fresh paint and I noticed a dead bug on the curtain. The bathroom was horrible, for starters it’s super small the door almost touches the toilet when open, so you have to stand……

“I appreciated the beach view and quick access to the beach. At check-in, I was told that the room we were booked in was below ground level with a restricted view so they suggested I be put into a room on the fifth floor and I not having seen either agreed. The room, balcony and windows were above the bar and grill so I looked out on roof where people had thrown trash and towels off of the balcony, etc.. the music from the bar and Grill and the constant noise from the air-conditioning units that……

“Hotel was clean, room was great. Comfortable bed! And great breakfast, as usual. We will be back again!”

“The staff was polite and helpful. The only problem we had was our shower was broken amd it sprayed water all over the bathroom. Called the front desk they sent someone up within 10 minutes and it was fixed within 30 minutes.”

“The rooms are very dated. The wallpaper was coming apart at the seems. The carpet was old and dingy. The bathrooms were also dated and need to be updated. The location is fantastic and the amenities were great. However, the main pool was not very clean at all. The hallways were hot as heck and should be cooled down a bit. The Italian restaurant here was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. But overall, this place needs a lot of work.”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”
