“I like this hotel because staff allowed us to check in earlier. However, although most of the bartenders were great we kept having an issue with one bartender at villitas. My family and I have been staying for 10+ years and we had never experienced hostile service. She called security on us 2 times because of the “alcohol” rule which we 100% understood. We weren’t trying to have her bend the rules. She just chose to call security again in which they then kicked us out. We don’t want to use the……

“The first room I was given…all the dirty linen was just balled up on top of the bed. Was given another room on the second floor, the halls smelled like urine. Room was dirty dust in all the furniture, floors not cleaned, there were sewer roaches under the bed and by the mirror. There were dead bugs by the door. The homeless linger in the front of the hotel. Was told that people like to go and pick the locks to sleep in rooms. Will not be returning!”

“Gas station restrooms are more clean than these rooms. Poop on the walls, sheets not clean. It looked like housekeeping simply made the beds from the last guests. There was food in the beds. Office staff had to let us in and out of the rooms because the systems were down for our stay. Only one towel per room and you have to sign a waiver that if you stain the towels you are charged for them. OK, then use that $$ to purchase new towels for the next guest. As a business you are not out any $$……
