The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to Times Square glowing below you feels like something straight out of a movie. The rooms are spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The beds were heavenly, the bathrooms were beautiful, and everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort after long days of exploring the city. The location could not be better. You are literally steps from Broadway theaters, shopping, restaurants, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, and major subway lines — making it effortless to explore the entire city. One of the biggest highlights was the revolving restaurant and lounge — a must-do experience with stunning skyline views. It was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day and truly soak in the magic of New York. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect, which made such a difference. This hotel delivers the perfect mix of luxury, excitement, comfort, and convenience."
