"Everything from the initial host contact to the final checkout process was great. The family loved fishing/crabbing in the canal. It's a 2 min drive to the beach. It felt like home. Overall, it was a great place to stay... and we look forward to visiting again."

"Third stay..that should say it all. Just to add that the closeness to beach cannot be beat and the ADA ramp is a huge plus for one of our party in a wheelchair. We've stayed in many properties Texas and Florida with elevators but the ramp is preferred due to no risk of malfunction. Will probably be back again, thank you John and Deirdre. One last note: Rick's beach house rentals has beach wheel chairs you can rent...they pick up and deliver, so someone in a wheelchair can get down to the beach."
