“We arrived in the middle of a storm Amy related power cut which had affected the whole region. The owners could not be more helpful and pulled out all the stops to get us an evening meal. A really nice place to stay. We took the scenic way there along the loch and the quick way to get back to the A82 - the Corran vehicle ferry runs every half an hour (or quicker) and takes 5 minutes to cross the loch. ”

“The room and facilities are old looking and small. Especially for the bathroom. But the beds are clean and tidy and provide car parking. ”

“The great thing about this hotel was the location. It’s a lovely quiet location a short walk from the town. The room was ok. Clean. Bathroom door stuck every time and the bottom sheet was not big enough for the twin beds that had been pushed together. The downside was that there was a comment that we had booked through Expedia when we arrived. We know that booking through third party companies rather than directly can lead to guests being given the less favourable rooms which can be……

“Sehr schönes Hotel, optisch top. Zimmer zwar klein, aber auch superschön. Leider ziemlich hellhörig und Restaurant/Essbereich sehr klein. Es war aber alles super organisiert und das Essen an sich war wirklich sehr gut, wir haben dort gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Das Personal war am ersten Abend irgendwie komisch drauf, als hätten sie Stress miteinander. Dadurch wirkten sie irgendwie unfreundlich. Am Morgen waren aber alle sehr freundlich und nett.”

“Decent spot to visit. We only stayed one night enroute to Skye. Both mattresses were rather soft (felt springs), but the room was tidy and clean. Great view of the Loch with a large window that opened fully for that fresh air! Road noise was prevalent yet the traffic subsided early in the evening. If you’re a light sleeper, the walls are not very noise proof. Though we didn’t stay for a meal, The restaurant does serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free and easy parking for cars/suvs.”
