“Good location, easy to find just off the M5 with a bus stop nearby for regular buses into the centre of Exeter - we went into the city for dinner. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on reception. “Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at. The desk is scarcely manned. The phone just rings and rings.
