"Perfect place"

"I live in Grenville but had two friends coming into town and we decided to stay downtown. The condo is beautiful, very well appointed, had everything we needed. The location was so great we walked to dinner at Bergamo lunch at Roost, rented bikes to ride along the swamp rabbit trail and walked to shops and the comedy zone for a show. My guests had a great time and it was a fun staycation for me. Highly recommend this condo!"

"This property is not as described. Throughout the whole listing it states you will have the whole condo to yourself. You do not have the condo to yourself. The owner actually stays there as well. There is no mention of anyone smoking and the house smells of cigarette smoke. It is in the sheets as well. My clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. I did not feel comfortable being in a house with a strange man. I did leave early the following morning. Had I known that it was not thw whole condo, I would...

"I've stayed at hundreds of rental properties over my years a travel, and this loft was one of the more unique setups. We loved it, and it was perfect for our two-family group. The kids loved the multiple floors and ability to find a nook to separate themselves from the rest of the family. The location is perfect to enjoy Downtown Greenville to its fullest, and communication throughout the stat was great. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville."
