"No elevator. Stairwells and windows in between floors needed cleaned desperately, but the rooms were very clean. We stayed in two different rooms because we extended our reservation. The view from the balcony is great. Very relaxing. Nice continental breakfast that you could put on a tray and take up to your room. The selection is better if you get there early. The pool is shaded all day. It could have Been a little warmer and we came in August on 90° days"

"The Spillway did not disappoint. We only wish we hadn’t stayed longer. The units are brand new and in great condition. Nice kitchenette and breakfast bar makes it easy to enjoy food in but there are a few good options just a couple blocks away, but with a sauna, hot tub, bikes, kayaks all available on the property, you can also make a case for not leaving. We had a great time here. As a bonus the upper level (1BR) units have a common outdoor connection that is like a private backyard that is clutch for anyone traveling with kiddos or pups."

"Room clean and adequate. Hallways and stairwells outdated and felt unclean. Fire doors on stairwells blocked open"

"Everything was just awesome and perfect, especially the staff, except one thing which i don’t like to share it on public because they don’t deserve that, but overall they were great!"

"Enjoyed stay in condos near the water! Only a few things need repair like wall paint in bathroom and light outlet in bedroom not all working. Otherwise, great condo for 5 nights! Glad I brought my inflatable board to use there!"
