"Chable Maroma is a beautiful, special place. The grounds are spectacular, and the beach is the best in Riviera Maya. The food was incredible -fresh and delicious. Our daughter has celiac and the chefs and staff went out of their way to keep her safe. The villa was beautiful, large, and extremely clean. The
spa was so peaceful and beautiful. The staff made us feel like family. We are counting the days until we can return."

"The staff was friendly and very nice. The guest clientele was noted to be mostly French. Unfortunately, they weren’t friendly and this interfered with the vacation vibe. We met other wonderful guests from Canada though.
Public bathroom in the lobby smelled like an outhouse.
The room smelled like mildew the entire week. I had to purchase the Catalonia room spray to help with the smell.
The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. This was an issue for us. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor, because...

"We stayed in this property 10 years ago, and went back to it to find a place to spend frequent weekend breaks, thinking that the place would probably had changed a lot in a way that it could be a bit less appealing. "Right from touch down at the airport we were treated so well. The staff and service was exceptional. From your personal butler to the property maintenance staff, everyone was so friendly all the time.
The attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing and every request was fulfilled.
Thank you Janet and Aldo as well as the transportation guy in the resort, and everyone else for making it such a pleasurable trip.
