"Good walking location at about 6-8 blocks to downtown Salem. Be aware that it’s 13 stairs from the front of the building to the duplex front door, then another 13 stairs to the second floor area with the only couch to watch TV. You’ll need two codes: one for the building and another for the apartment. We were unfortunately left waiting in the rain for about 20 min waiting for the building code. Pics accurately depicted apartment. Had plumbing issues with slow infilling toilets in both baths but...

Everything was perfect! It was exactly like the pictures and SO CLEAN! It’s brand new, renovated and the bed was super comfy! Katie, at the front desk, was extremely welcoming and available if we need anything. Would definitely come and stay again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. There were two things I really liked. The first was that there is a quiet time between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. We've all stayed in hotels where there is a loud party going on in the room next door. The second was the ability to cast from your personal device to the TV, so you have access to every streaming service you pay for.. a very nice feature. I would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I stayed for Valentine’s Day and upon arriving we were greeted with kindness and 2 glasses of champagne! Check in was perfect. The room was perfect. Definitely one of my favorite hotels for sure. We also ate at my favorite restaurant right 10 steps across the street! We could literally see the entrance right from our room window. It was a beautiful experience here.

everything about our stay was amazing! we stayed for a whole week, from the second we got there until the second we left, the staff was just so amazing and made us feel like family! and the location is PERFECT for anyone visiting boston, especially for celtics games / anything near the TD garden! you just walk a couple steps to get to the td or the food hall ! everything is within walking distance or you can hop on the subway to get anywhere you need!

They were friendly and helpful with the Porter explaining if we needed any help with advice, etc he was available.
