"The hot tub was great. The staff wasn’t the best help but the stay was short so not too much to complain about. There’s no breakfast and ice was barely coming out the machine"

"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was delicious, but it was hard to really get enjoy the atmosphere because it was freezing cold in the lobby/lounge area where the bar and restaurant are located. Many guests complained and we were told that it was because of the dampness outside and then we were told it was because of the pool which is located right next to the bar area. This issue interfered with our ability to socialize with our family and friends the entire weekend. Therefore we won’t be having our annual Spring gathering there next year. In the service industry the customer is always right in most cases and when you receive multiple complaints about the same issue it should be addressed immediately, not brushed aside with different excuses."

"Property was okay. Check in process and staff was helpful. Fire alarm went off twice during stay. Once at 10pm and had to go out and wait for fire department to clear. Not a great time, interruption of much needed sleep."

"Had to switch rooms because there was hair and grime in the tub. Giant wet spot on the first floor just outside the room we got moved into. Not the best but not the worst either. May not book again though."
