“The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. The beach is less than a minute walk and the town centre about 5 mins. Lots of great local shops and eating places nearby. You must try to the fish and chips and the ice cream shop. “I can’t say enough positive things out our experience! The house was absolutely lovely to be in for our stay up in Speyside. The beds were comfortable, shower and bath were amazing, the kitchen set up perfectly for us to cook two home cooked meals in, and most importantly we were able to have fires to warm us up and provide a great setting for our nights. We also had A+ service after a small miscommunication as we checked in. Highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to Northern Scotland!”
