"The property is in a great location in downtown San Francisco. However it is an older hotel so some the rooms and bathrooms are very small. "

Sink drain seemed to have been backed up water took some time to go down and air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room but thankfully I can open the window. But being next to the airport it was loud with window open. Only stayed there for our last day in California for an early morning flight. For our purpose the stay was satisfactory. "

"Easy to access and we paid for the underground parking which was less than a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The room was tidy and well equipped. We only stayed for one night but if we return I would look at booking here again."
