"Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but there was a staffer that called. I did my entire check-in, but I did not stop by the desk to the right of check-in due to not wanting to be asked to become a member. The woman that called me over and over, said that if I did not come back that my keys would be deactivated. This was incorrect and not kind hopefully that changes."

"This home was very welcoming, tidy and clean. Steve thought of everything from labeling where everything is, to having specific make-up towels. Steve was very kind and open, as well, with great communication. Will definitely try to book again when we come back!"

"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it was fine. Overall a great experience I’ve come here many times over 20yrs and it’s been great and I would highly recommend . I just wish prices for drinks and food were a little more affordable . A tray of French fries cosing between $13-$19 is way too expensive! "

"We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this home. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pool was a huge highlight and perfect for cooling off after hot Phoenix days, and we spent a lot of our time relaxing outside.The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Overall, a great place to stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"Property was beautiful, beds were comfy, pool was fun, hot tub was delightful! There were some cobwebs on the outdoor grill, as well as dust, as if it hadn’t been cleaned recent to our stay, and the carpet in the master wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked. NOTHING that overshadowed our stay! Loved our time there with our two grandkids!"
