The place is overall nice. It’s Spacious, walking distance, and in a secured save building! What I don’t like is there’s barely 0 to no parking around the property so be mindful of that when booking. Also When walking around town just be careful of your surroundings at night because again this is NEW Orleans.

The property itself was located in a great area, close to everything. However, the room had old dirty wood floors that needed a good cleaning. The bedroom set was old, drawers smelled of weed/cologne, and needed cleaning as well. The dining table and chairs have missing wood chips and in bad shape. I stayed in the Penthouse for my birthday and it was nothing to brag about, due to poor up keep and depressing ambiance. For a PENTHOUSE condo, I was very disappointed and would NOT rent again. The rooftop access was even more of a let down, with dangerous missing floor tiles everywhere, and NO privacy from the rest of the common area. There used to be partitions dividing the more expensive areas, called the PENTHOUSE’S. I could go on, but I won’t. I’m very disappointed in this condo, beware.

Room was clean, directions were given on time and clear. Kitchen appliances and washing machine appliances were not used, but looked modern and in good condition. The only thing we were expecting was as a pull out couch for sleeping purposes, and it was a couch trundle. Great place to stay!

Microwave didn’t work. Nice area, BUT walls are paper thin. Honking all night long and can hear the neighbors having a full blown conversation along with their suitcases rolling across the room. Sounded like they were in our room.

Centrally located and walking distance to multiple key locations! I felt safe here and the building was clean and quiet. The only reason I couldn’t give full stars is the bedding was not changed from the last guest. The sheets had gross stains.
