“We stayed for one night as a family of four, including a toddler, and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary buffet breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of choices. One small area that could be improved is the lighting around the mini fridge and coffee machine, as that area was quite dark. Better lighting there would make it more convenient, especially when using the coffee……

“The positives first. Location was perfect. The hotel grounds were really nice. The staff were friendly. The bedroom was fine. The negatives. We found someone's detached eyelash in the bathroom. Not ideal but an oversight that happens I guess. We then found a 2 inch long needle sticking out the bed cover. It had been on the floor and we could've easily stood on it. I had my 2yr old son in the room. Still to this day shudder to imagine if any of us had stepped on it. Likely a trip to hospital. Yet……

“The hostess was great, the breakfasts were ample (large helping of fresh fruit salad and breakfast casserole) plus lots of coffee. When Diane found out that one person had a gluten allergy, she quickly prepared a substitute for the casserole. The rooms were very pleasant and air conditioned.”
